The Project
Property Finder, a leading real estate portal operating across multiple regions, faced the challenge of managing a large volume of leads and coordinating with multiple stakeholders while providing real-time updates on property listings. To address these challenges, they engaged our team of Salesforce consultants to build a customized CRM system. With the new system in place, Property Finder was able to streamline their sales process, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth across their operations in Egypt, KSA, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar.

My Role
My role was to architect and implement a tailored solution that addressed their specific business needs. This included working closely with their team to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, providing technical guidance and support, and managing stakeholder expectations. Additionally, I was responsible for translating complex real estate processes into a simplified Salesforce solution, advising on the right solutions for technical challenges, and ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems. The end result was a robust and user-friendly CRM system that enabled Property Finder to streamline their sales process, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth across their operations.

Sales Management Process
Rain Bird ME operates across different countries, and making sure they had everything in one place with a universal sales process was vital to their sales teams. To address this, Wipro built a wide ranging solution on Salesforce’s Sales Cloud, where Rain Bird’s Sales Managers are now able to collaborate, giving a complete overview of the sales process, and allowing them to close more deals faster.

User Adoption Training
Making sure all employees had a understanding of how to properly use the company’s new Salesforce platform was crucial, and following Rain Bird ME’s Sales Cloud implementation, the Wipro team supported the Rain Bird ME Sales and Marketing team with the rollout, including bespoke training on all the features and functions of Salesforce.
