My Role
Adel led end-to-end solution architecture, leveraging extensive experience in the design and delivery of Salesforce Community Cloud projects within international organisations to identify business requirements and deliver best-fit technical solutions.

Pultron Partner Community
The first step towards a unified platform was to build a framework in Salesforce that fits well with the core business processes at Emaar's, This is to ensure that all the offices can leverage the same Salesforce organisation and reporting is easier across the group.

Product Management Tool
Pultron use the product management tool within Salesforce where they have the products in different prices books with click of button sales managers can create a quote with the right product details and price.

Automation
With the automation capabilities built-in Salesforce the operational efficiency has increased substantially, this has empowered Emaar to focus on customer satisfaction and provide premium customer service.
