Pultron Composites is an industrial technology company that specialises in the development and manufacturing of composite fiber-reinforced pultrusions, headquarters in New Zealand with offices worldwide including in the USA, UK, UAE.

The Project  

Pultron required a centralised and unified CRM system to enable their ambitious growth and geo-expansion agenda through B2B and partner channels.  Pultron selected Salesforce as their CRM solution and needed a partner to lead implementation across multiple countries.

Adel led end-to-end solution architecture, leveraging extensive experience in the design and delivery of Salesforce Community Cloud projects within international organisations to identify business requirements and deliver best-fit technical solutions.

Pultron Partner Community

The first step towards a unified platform was to build a framework in Salesforce that fits well with the core business processes at Emaar's, This is to ensure that all the offices can leverage the same Salesforce organisation and reporting is easier across the group.

Pultron use the product management tool within Salesforce where they have the products in different prices books with click of button sales managers can create a quote with the right product details and price.

With the automation capabilities built-in Salesforce the operational efficiency has increased substantially, this has empowered Emaar to focus on customer satisfaction and provide premium customer service.
